Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 590-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project scope has two parts: 1. Replace sewer lines in crawl space under 21 different existing buildings on the Denton SSLC Campus. Buildings 501-511, 513-515 & 522-528 are all included. 2. Renovate 6 existing bathrooms in Building 504. The interior renovation work in Building 504 will include new plumbing fixtures, showers, toilet accessories, sink counters, interior finishes, exhaust grills and light fixtures. Building 527 will be utilized as swing space for the temporary relocation of occupants from other buildings undergoing renovation. Please note that bathroom construction will be needed within this building as part of the project. The remaining buildings will follow the outlined order; however, phasing may shift depending on the Project's progression and needs. This initial structure should give the Contractor a foundational idea HHSC requirements. There may be opportunities to bundle certain buildings for concurrent construction, optimizing time and resources. These opportunities will be assessed as the construction schedule is finalized, with consideration given to minimize disruptions to facility operations and availability of swing space in Building 527.
