Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Provide material, equipment, and labor to repair, prep and install an elastomeric coating on the roof of the Sports Connection. Work must comply with all OSHA safety guidelines. Contractor responsible for all needed paperwork to obtain required permits. All permits must be posted prior to the commencement of work. Questions about this bid should be directed to Mike Watson, Parks Coordinator via email mwatson@greenvillenc.gov. Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment and material for the preparation, repair and installation of an elastomeric coating on the metal roof located at the Sports Connection. The roof is over 17,850 square feet. All work shall be to industry standards. All OSHA requirements and other safety guidelines associated with the work shall be followed.
