Contract to provide Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling Station Maintenance Services. This contract is federally funded and as such, the Federal Requirements associated with the performance of services under this contract have been included with this RFP. The awarded Proposer will be responsible for adherence to all local, state, and federal requirements listed herein. These requirements are hereby incorporated into the subsequent contract arising from this RFP. The City has not established a DBE goal for this Contract. However, proposers are encouraged to obtain DBE participation for this contract. The City of Porterville overall DBE goal is 1% of total contracts (including subcontracts) awarded. The City hereby affirmatively ensures that Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded the full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice. Individuals and/or entities submitting bids/proposals to the City of Porterville will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, or military or veteran status in any consideration leading to the award of contract.
