**As of July 7, 2025 all bids were rejected. Disconnect utilities and remove the existing guard house, protection barriers, and identification system equipment from the current site. Design, fabricate, and install a new guard house, protection barriers and identification equipment to meet the design criteria established by the Port of Alaska. Installation is to include connections to existing utilities, vehicle gate system, and communications for the new guard house. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between: $100,001 - $500,000 Questions Due: 12PM Local Time, June 11, 2025 All Questions Shall Be Submitted Prior to the Question Due Date. This Will Be the Final Opportunity to Ask Questions or Request Clarifications. Requests for Interpretation or Clarification of the Bidding Documents Shall Be Made in Writing To the Purchasing Office (wwpur@muni.org).
