Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 14,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Colliers Project Leaders, on behalf of Brokenhead Ojibway Nation Land Base Project Team, through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process, is seeking to identify qualified firms interested in providing design-build services for the construction of a new land base building facility. The scope of the project includes: 1. New Land Base Building a. Approximately 14,000 sq. ft. of new construction for the communities growing Land Based and First Nation Child Family Services programs. b. Ensuring the project process includes the engagement of Brokenhead Ojibway Nation. c. Develop the cultural expression through the vision and guidance of Brokenhead Ojibway Nation. 2. Site Development: a. Site clearing, filling, levelling and grading b. Secured compound with appropriate fencing, site lighting, and security. c. Site drainage, culverts, ditching and swales, as applicable d. Outdoor deck/ BBQ area e. Final grading hard scape features f. Well connection for water, septic field, electrical power and communication services and connections.
