Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project covers the roof replacement of several buildings in the Downtown Government Complex in Raleigh, NC. These roofs are over 20 years old and are starting to fail. Water intrusion from roof leaks have been reported, and the roofs are out of warranty. Work will be done in phases as the amount of funding dictates. Buildings to receive roof replacements include: Shore, Caswell, Justice, Court of Appeals, Facility Management, Stephenson, Agriculture Annex, Archives & History, New Education, and others. As of August 22, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.
