The scope of services required by the HACP in connection with this ITB covers the entire spectrum of services customarily provided to governmental entities by Electrical Contractors. The services provided should include but need not necessarily be limited to the following: Contractor shall furnish labor, miscellaneous parts, equipment, tools, transportation, methods of communication, and if required, miscellaneous services. Existing Buildings 1. General maintenance and repair of existing domestic and commercial wiring systems. 2. The work may involve location of faulty wiring, repair and troubleshoot systems. 3. Provide and install conduit, wiring, junction boxes, fixtures and electrical equipment to repair or replace existing installations. 4. The work may involve replacement of electrical equipment, conduits and other equipment that has been vandalized or otherwise in need of repair. TERM OF CONTRACT If awarded, the contract resulting from this IFB shall be executed for a period of two (2) years tentatively starting October 1, 2024, subject to the availability of funds. The HACP reserves the right to extend the contract for an additional 12-month period, providing all rates and terms remain the same and both parties agree. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the date of the bid without the consent of the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. It reserves the right to furnish any and all materials due to a dispute in cost. It also reserves the right to terminate the vendor, for convenience, at any time during the term of the contract.
