As of 8/29/2024 the Owner has put this project on hold. This will be re advertised at a later date. Letcher County has experienced damages due to a flooding event occurring in July 2022. The court is seeking sealed bids from experienced contractors for the construction of the Blackey Community Center. All companies, including women, minority, and veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal.
