The project includes resurfacing the existing roadway, including several locations that need full reconstruction. Included in the project are shoulder improvements, drainage improvements, signing improvements, and pavement marking improvements including thermoplastic striping. The Board reserves the right to waive informality or to reject any or all bids with just cause.
