As of October 8, 2024, project was awarded to Capko Concrete Structures, LLC, awarded amount is $255,208.30. For Construction of Left Turn Lane Improvement For Matlock Road A cashier s check or acceptable Bidders Bond for 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid, Performance and Payments Bonds shall be furnished in favor of the OWNER for one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. A Maintenance Bond shall be furnished in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price The Work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraphs 15.06 of the General Conditions within 60 working days from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed or when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in Paragraph The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. Question Deadline 09/08/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to OWNER or ENGINEER. Questions received less than 48 hours prior to the time for opening Bids may not be answered.
