A Maintenance Bond shall be furnished in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price The Work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraphs 15.06 of the General Conditions within 60 working days from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed or when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in Paragraph The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
