* Award subject to final approval. Intersection Improvements including turning radius grade widening, drainage improvements (metal culvert) and granular base course at PR 427/PR 334 for a total construction distance of approximately 100 meters in the Municipality of Headingley. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages the Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than November 15, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date the Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: October 31 of Every Calendar Year. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/09/09 12:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
