QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS PROJECT PLEASE CONTACT Tim Zimmerman Superintendent of the Wastewater Utility Phone: (262) 253-7765 Email: tzimmerman@germantownwi.gov PROJECT The work is known officially as "The Village of Germantown 2024 Cured- in-Place Pipe Lining Project and shall consist of the lining of approximately 700 feet of 24-inch SDR-35 municipal sanitary interceptor sewer located in easement between North Patton Court and Ellsworth Drive, south of STH 167. Proposals will be received by the Department of the Village Engineering of Germantown, Wisconsin. PROPOSALS Abidder's qualification statement must be received by the Village of Germantown at least five (5) days before the bid opening The proposal form furnished by the date. Village shall be properly executed by the bidder. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the Village of Germantown equal to five percent (5%) of the largest possible total bid or bids, including consideration of alternates. The successful bidder's failure to execute the contract and furnish the performance bond within ten (10) days after the award shall cause the Check or Bid Bond to be forfeited to the Village as liquidated damages (Section 62.15(3), Wisconsin Statutes). The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in bids received. All proposals shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening date.
