This project involves the grading and hardscaping works for a new park in the Port Robinson Estate Community (also known as Legacy Area 1), located between Vaughan Drive and Alexandra Drive on Kottmeier Road. The new park will comprise of a playground, splash pad, concrete walkways, multi-use path, mini basketball court, and mini soccer field to better serve the community. At this stage, the city is seeking contractors to perform the grading and hardscaping including the base preparations for the playground, splash pad as well as the installation of underground services for the Area 1 Legacy Park and invites qualified contractors to bid on the project.
