5.1.City reserves the right to terminate this Contract at any time and for any reason, including convenience, with respect to undelivered goods or unperformed services. Such termination shall be by written or electronic notice or by oral notice confirmed in writing. 5.2.Except as otherwise provided for in this Contract, the City and the Contractor shall consider this Contract terminated upon completion of the performance obligations and upon completion of payment obligations. Austin Energy, Decker Creek Power Station (AE) is seeking services from a qualified Contractor to perform cathodic protection system testing to identity and schedule needed maintenance or repairs to any section of the cathodic system. Contractor shall submit all documents requested herein, including a complete Quote Sheet, with their Quotes. Begin work 1 October 2024 Contractor shall perform the following tasks on-site at the Decker Creek Power Station (Decker). Contractor shall adhere to Decker's safety policies while on-site. 8.1 Contractor personnel shall complete Decker Site Safety Orientation prior to performing work described herein. Orientation consists of an approximately 25-minute-long video detailing Contractor requirements to work at Decker. Video is shown at 8:00am in English and 8:30am in Spanish (Contractor shall notify Decker Admin which language is necessary) Monday-Friday.
