Town of Oro Valley is Conducting Issuing This Request for Qualifications (Hereafter "rfq") With the Intent of Contracting With Up to Five (5) Contracts for Professional Services Consultants for the Oro Valley Water Utility on an as-needed, if-needed Basis. Projects Under the Resulting Contracts May Include Some or All the Following for Potable Water and Alternative Water Projects in and Around the Pima County and Oro Valley Service Area Design Drawings, Specifications, Surveying Services, Construction Administration, Planning Reports and Engineering Studies. All Inquiries and Questions Regarding This Solicitation Must Be Directed in Writing to: Kelsey Wuoti, Contract Specialist, at Kwuoti@orovalleyaz.gov Please Include "rfq No. 25017 " in the Subject Line of the Email. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The Town of Oro Valley Takes No Responsibility for Informing Recipients of Changes to the Original Solicitation Document. It is the Offeror's Responsibility to Obtain a Copy of Any Amendments to This Solicitation. Failure to Submit Signed Amendments With the Solicitation Response May Be Grounds for Deeming a Submittal as Non-responsive. ***Bid Event: Responses to This Solicitation : in Order to Be Considered, the Offeror Must Complete and Submit Its Solicitation Response to the Town Clerk at 11000 N. La Canada Dr., Oro Valley, Az 85737, Prior to or at the Exact Date and Time Indicated on the Notice Page. The Offeror's Response Shall Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope. The Words "sealed Submittal" With the Request for Qualifications Title, Request for Qualifications Number, Submittal Due Date and Time and Offeror's Name and Address Shall Be Written on the Envelope.
