Janitorial Services Hiawatha DCF Office Period of Contract: December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2029 The purpose of this bid event is to seek competition. The bidder shall advise the Office of Procurement and Contracts if any specification, language or other requirement inadvertently restricts or limits bidding to a single source. Notification shall be in writing and must be received by the Office of Procurement and Contracts no later than five (5) business days prior to the bid closing date. The Director of Purchases reserves the right to waive minor deviations in the specifications which do not hinder the intent of this bid event.
