Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gila Bend, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This federally funded project consists of the replacement of existing waterlines along Richards Street between Scott Avenue and Euclid Avenue, and in the two alleys between Scott and Euclid Avenues that run from Richards Street to Hunt Street, for a total length of approximately 1700 feet. The major items of work include the following construction items: 1. Installing 8" C900 PVC Waterline 2. Installing new Water Valves & Fittings 3. Installing new 1" Service Connections 4. Installing new Fire Hydrants 5. Replacing Existing Meter Boxes 6. Remove & Replace Asphalt Pavement (3" minimum AC) 7. Remove & Replace Concrete Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk and Aprons And any and all other associated contingent and miscellaneous items of work to complete the proposed improvements to provide an upgraded water distribution system in the Town of Gila Bend. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, services, transportation, and perform all the work for the project known as the Richards Street and Alley Waterline Replacement Project for the Town of Gila Bend, Arizona, as called for in the Technical Specifications and on the Plans (Drawings). The proposer should prepare and provide a detailed time schedule for completion. The Town of Gila Bend also reserves the right to hold any or all bids for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of opening.
