A timeline for award has not yet been established. Construction of Site Clearing & Grading, Sedimentation & Erosion, Control, Street, Drainage, Sewer and Water Improvements for Mayfair-May town Drive" Project No.30002-41. Scope of Work of the Contract includes:1. Approx. 2,144LF of 12-inchwater line and all appurtenances. 2. Approx. 1,728LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances. 3. 1 detention basin, approx. 99 LF of 24-inch stormsewer, 50 LF of30-inch storm sewer, 997 LF of36-inch of storm sewer, 83 LF of1~5'x4' SBC and131 LF of 2~5'x4'MBC, and all appurtenances. 4. Approx. 8,005SY of asphalt pavement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects. In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous or reject the bid.
