INLIVIAN is seeking proposals from qualified video security system service firms possessing the required experience, expertise, and personnel to provide support and maintenance at INLIVIAN communities and administration buildings. The performance period of the contract for security services entered into as a result of this solicitation is intended to be for a base period of three (3) years with an option of two (2) additional one (1) year periods for a maximum total of five (5) years, based on satisfactory performance and mutual consent. INLIVIAN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, and to waive informalities. All respondents must agree that proposals be active for a period of at least 120 days (the active proposal period) subsequent to submission, unless otherwise agreed by INLIVIAN with prior written consent. The successful candidate shall be required to possess all applicable licenses, certifications, registrations, insurance and bonding.
