Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in New Haven, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.
The project constructs concrete pads for standing and parked aircraft to prevent rutting and premature surfacedeterioration at locations within the West Ramp limits. In addition, there will be pavement rehabilitation of milland inlay of existing HMA surfaces for Gates 1 - 5. There will be drainage improvements to mitigate standingwater and ponding conditions within the West Ramp and Deicing Area and lighting of the Ramp Area. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount of 5% of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the General Provisions.
