Reference Number 0000277286 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offers Agreement (SOA) to two firms to provide "as and when required" the following professional services at 19 Wing, Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Comox, British Columbia: Preparation of concept design, design development, construction documents, sustainable design, options analysis, assistance during the tender call and construction phases for the construction of the new or renovation of the existing building at location. The SOA may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of a maximum of $1,500,000.00 at any time during the term of the SOA and at the sole discretion of DCC. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 3,000.00 and $ 80,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 100,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
