(CT) The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or combination of bids deemed advantageous to it. This Contract shall start as soon as possible once awarded the project. 2.2 Prices stated in the bid submitted are to be firm for the period of the contract. This section of the specification includes the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, supervision, etc. necessary to tuck-point and repair approximately 9,395+/- square feet of face brick on the west wall of the Jefferson Theater facility located at 345 Fannin Street. The Contractor shall carefully examine the specifications, including all Addenda thereto, and make a site visit to examine the existing conditions of the site and the surfaces that will be receiving the restoration mentioned herein. It is strongly recommended that the site visit be performed. This portion of the work includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, and the performance of all work required to complete the re-pointing/repair, cleaning, and related work in strict accordance with the Specifications.
