Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date of opening bids may not be answered This Contract shall start as soon as possible once awarded the project Prices stated in the bid submitted are to be firm for the period of the contract. Price shall be firm for not less than twelve (12) months from date of order. This contract may be canceled by either party by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance.
