Scope of Work: The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the 64th Street Reservoir #2 (1-ES 1-2) Liner Replacement Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. The reservoir is located near 64th Street and Thomas Road. The estimated total cost for construction for this project is $14 million. A Small Business Enterprise goal will be established prior to the start of construction.
