As of October 8, 2024, project was awraded to J&J Excavating and Trucking, Inc., with the awarded amount of $157,077.06. The project consists of: Repair or replacement of sidewalk, curb & gutter, driveway aprons, ADA ramps, and other concrete flatwork throughout the City of Hamilton. Pricing will be based on various types of work and actual quantities repaired or replaced under this contract which will be performed in different locations throughout the City. Initial Scope of Work must be completed by December 31, 2024. Scope of work and contract time may be extended based on available budget and property owner participation Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Hamilton, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDER shall furnish an approved Construction Performance Bond and a Construction (Labor and Materials) Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
