Renovation of a military facility in Augusta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, incidentals,super vision and transportation for work necessary to Repair Building 39211. A ll work shall be performed in accordance with the Scope of Work included. Site visit w ill be conducted on 30 August 2024, 9:00 a.m. (UTC) meeting location- Building 39211. Deadline for submittal of all questions is on or before 03 September 2024 no later than 12:00 p.m. (UTC) Submit email proposal no later than 6 September 2024 by 1:00 p.m. (UTC) to Maria Campbell at maria.campbell14.civarmy.mil, and O'cie Hendricks at ocie.d.hendricks.civarmy.mil. POP 30-SEP-2024 TO 15-NOV-2024 Scope of Work: Inspect, paint, patch, repair, and encapsulate any hazardous materials that need to be protected in interior of building 39211. Inspect, paint, patch, repair, and encapsulate exterior of building 39211. Caulk the inside interior windows. Service HVAC system and duct work, and repair damaged fascia boards surrounding the roof. Provide one-time landscaping services to include mowing of lawn and trimming of hedges. Remove, load, and dispose of furniture, equipment, trash, and debris from interior and exterior of Building 39211 to an offsite location. A site survey is required. Description of Services: This scope of work defines the requirements for the contractor to perform minor repair services as follows: Inspect, repair and replace damaged and missing shingles on the roof of building 39211. The contractor will repair the fascia board at the base of the roof. Rotten and damaged fascia boards will be replaced. Inspect and service the operation of the HVAC system and duct work of building 39211. All persons performing HVAC work must be HVAC certified to perform these duties. Patch, paint, encapsulate as required, and repair all walls, doors, and trim, in the hallways, office areas, open areas to include the conference room, entry ways, bathrooms, and shower areas. Eggshell white paint will be used for interior painting and trimming. The contractor will patch, paint, and encapsulate all interior popcorn ceilings. Eggshell white paint will be used on ceiling area. Power wash the exterior of building 39211 to remove dirt, grime, and mildew. Patch, paint, and encapsulate the exterior of the building to include the handrail. Building will be painted tan and fascia painted brown. Caulk the inside of 16 dual and 3 entryway door windows. Remove all construction debris up to 15 feet from building, dispose of and clear building 39211 of furniture, equipment, to include all construction materials and trash from the interior, exterior and surrounding areas. Transport furniture, construction debris, landscape debris and equipment to include Asbestos and Lead containing materials or construction debris to the designated area for disposal offsite. Encapsulate all Asbestos and Lead containing material to include all interior and exterior walls, ceilings, trim, conduit, and roofing material. The term encapsulate used in this Scope of Work refers to the removal, enclosure, and covering of asbestos and lead containing material or construction debris. Provide a detailed lead and asbestos encapsulation plan. Provide proof of State Certifications in the contractors proposal for encapsulation of all asbestos and lead containing material and/or debris pertaining to building 39211. All asbestos and lead encapsulation must be conducted by a licensed encapsulation contractor
