Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Renovating the Goeglein Road corridor by installing new 5' wide concrete sidewalk along the east side of Goeglein Road from Maysville Road to Stellhorn Road and along the south side of Maysville Road from Sandarac Lane to Goeglein Road. It will improve connectivity for the residents of Briargate, Park State East and Hacienda Village. Concrete drive approaches and new ADA curb ramps along with upgraded storm sewer infrastructure is included. The large diameter multi-plate pipe arch storm structure conveying the Bullerman Ditch under Goeglein Road at Stellhorn Road will be extended for construction of the sidewalk. All in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST- 0337S as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days to allow review of bids before announcing award of contract. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
