Construction of a health facility. The proposed facility may also include space for community and administrative functions. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals issued by the STES to invite interested and qualified Architectural firms (Prime Consultant Applicant) to submit a Proposal to undertake the preparation of a Feasibility Study for our proposed health facility (the "Project") is underway. STES will receive funding from the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) to undertake a Feasibility Study for a health facility to be located on reserve. We anticipate that in addition to space for health programs, the proposed facility may also include space for community and administrative functions. The Feasibility Study will outline the space needs and programming, potential design, servicing, and costs of developing the facility. The study is to clearly delineate the health related components that are funded by FNHA and identify funding sources for those that aren't. Further update in fall 2024, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
