FSU Thagard Basement HVAC Replacement Southern Standard Construction desires to provide equal access to qualified Small, Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (SMWBE) for all construction projects. Registered SMWBE enterprises are encouraged to participate in this opportunity. Southern Standard Construction reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept or reject any and/or all bids as deemed to be in the best interest of Florida State University Invitations to pre-qualify will be sent via online and per request by email to mboyle@southernstandard.cc. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required for all proposals over $100,000. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with Instructions to Bidders and other instructions contained in the Bid Requirements.
