Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Bismarck, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Golf Course Culvert Replacement 1.Remove old culvert & repair any areas/voids that water diverted outside of the culvert into the drainage/irrigation pond created. 2. Remove old culvert& repair any areas/ voids that water diverted outside of the culvert into the drainage/ irrigation pond created. 3. Install new 24'' PVC culvert ( approx. 200') with a 90 degree fitting( wast end) with a stand pipe for overflow, extending up 15' to create a new, elevayed shoreline for the slough. 4. Tha standpipe should have an overflow screen to filter out big debris from flowing through the overflow should be secured with a concrete head wall at the base. 5.The culvert (east end) should have a head wall (4' on both sides) at the base of the culvert at the irrigation pond. 6.The new culvert will be installed under the existing 4" water irrigation line without damaging water line. 7.A "new" water source was noticed (Feb - April) that is draining through the same area as water from the slough. 8.Gravel needs to be added to the area of the sinkhole, at the base of the boulder (in the sinkhole) & along the "new water path" to the pond, allowing water to drain through the area to the pond without creating a new sinkhole. 9.Fill dirt/topsoil should be added on top of the gravel. 10.Replace cart path (approximately 100 linear feet & 6' wide) & install any materials needed to reinforce the structural support of the cart path near the irrigation pond that have been damaged due to this project. 11.The new "pond bank" between the cart part & the irrigation pond shall be rebuilt to be able to be maintained with a standard riding lawn mower. 12.Prospective contractor shall take precautions to Prevent unnecessary damage to any part of the property. 13.Prospective contractor shall be responsible for all materials deliveries and protection of during construction. 14.Prospective contractor shall work with Park officials for best time for work to be completed. 15.All Work to be done with in (30 days) from time of bid being awarded. 16.Contact Greg Hart 501.554.9704 once project is complete so final inspection can be completed. The State's right to inspection may be exercised at any reasonable place and time and in any reasonable manner, as determined in the State's reasonable discretion, prior to acceptance of and payment for any commodities procured under a resulting contract. If any of the work or commodities are found to be non-conforming, the State: a. May elect to recover expenses of inspection, if any, from the Contractor and the Contractor shall bear the cost b. The Contractor shall be responsible for the cost of any retrieval, return, or disposal of the commodities. Payment for commodities does not constitute acceptance of the commodities as conforming to the contract if the State has not had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the commodities or in the event of Contractor's fraud or concealment of defects. A women-owned business is defined by Act 1080 of the 91st General Assembly Regular Session 2017 as a business that is at least fifty-one percent (51%) owned by one (1) or more women who are lawful permanent residents of this State. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation that exceeds $50,000.00 in value is subject to the Performance and Payment Bond requirements of Ark. Code Ann. 18-44-501et seq., 19-4-1401et seq., and 22-9-401et seq. The Surety guarantees that the Principal shall comply with Ark. Code Ann. 22-9-301 et seq. by payment and full compliance with all prevailing hourly wage contract provisions. The bond must be filed in the county where the work is to be performed
