The rehabilitation of Water Plant 1 includes but not limited to the rehabilitation of two (2) existing 350,000-gallon, 63-ft diameter x 24-ft high, welded steel Ground Storage Tanks (GST) No. 1 and No. 2 and existing two (2) 30,000-gallon Hydropneumatic Tank (HPT) No. 1 and No. 2. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted through online. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature in accordance with Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. The deadline to ask questions is 9/11/2024 10:00 AM CST A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
