Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Blue Mounds, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of October 10, 2024. here were no bids received regarding the salt shed. Will be revisited Bids are requested for the following: 32' X 62' Salt Storage Shed with 12" X 14' concrete walls, metal roof and gutters, 32' X 62' Salt storage shed 12" X 14'Concrete walls to have rebar every 4 feet as needed With vertical rebar every 6 feet as needed With dead man piers on outside as per plan 8" X 8' 9" Walls to have 2 rows of rebar every 4 feet as needed Concrete floor to be 6" thick with fiber mesh and sealed Roof Trusses are to be 24" on center With 5/8" OSB roof sheathing With synthetic underlayment Roof is to be bid with standing seam roof panels - with option of ag steel faced screws. Exterior walls are to be 2X6 studs 16" on center With treated bottom plates Walls to be covered with 7/16 OSC sheathing. Tyvek commercial wrap over it Walls are to have ag steel faced screws Overhang to be 24" on eaves and 12" on gable ends 2X6 sub fascia with 6" aluminum fascia Sofit is to be vented Gutters are to be 5" with 4" downspouts Front door is to be 16' wide by 18' tall Split doors 2 - 8' wide by 18' tall Doors are to be sliding barn doors with steel on the outside Include in bid: An apron in front of building 32'X24' that is 6" thick with fiber mesh and sealed.
