Renovation of a mixed-use development in La Prairie, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the owner's facilities in the framework of the asset maintenance program. The scope of work includes upgrades, interior and exterior renovation and repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment at Moussaillons elementary school located at 63, Perron Street J0L 2K0 in Saint-Philippe, Notre-Dame Saint-Joseph school (Saint-Joseph pavilion - secondary education) located at 320, Saint-Charles Street J5R 2N9 in La Prairie and Piché-Dufrost elementary school located at 26 Chemin Sainte-Catherine J5A 1G2 in Saint-Constant. It is expected that the project implementation will be phased. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded full teams of professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring of related projects that will now be followed in separate reports under CRM ID names: - École des Moussaillons Renovation; - École Notre-Dame-Saint-Joseph - Saint-Joseph Building Renovation and - École Piché-Dufrost Renovation. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
