Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Roswell, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Roswell is seeking qualified contractors to redevelop a portion of the site into a trail system to link the City Hall area to the surrounding shopping and entertainment areas. The trail system and open spaces will also be utilized for the surrounding community to enjoy as passive recreation space. The City Hall Trails project is located near the intersection of Norcross Street and Alpharetta Street, adjacent to City Hall in Roswell, Georgia. The site is part of an approximately 26.4-acre tract of land that includes City Hall, Roswell Cultural Arts Center, and the Archibald Smith Plantation Home. Four hundred and five (405) calendar days have been allotted for performance of construction. Liquidated damages have been set in accordance with the Bid Documents. A Bid Bond equal to 5% of the base bid will be required. 100% Payment and Performance bonds will also be required by the successful contractor.
