The City of Stephenville is currently accepting bids for the inspection and maintenance services of eight (8) emergency generators located at various city facilities The Bid Proposal shall include two (2) service calls per year: One (1) Spring Service Call in preparation for summer demand and One (1) Fall Service Call in preparation for winter conditions. One call should be "Full Service" and the second call should be an "Inspection Service" call. Both service calls should provide a cost estimate for any necessary replacement parts and/or service necessary outside the scope of the service call. The City of Stephenville Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids or Portions Thereof.
