RFP Requirements California Valid License In general, the work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Specifications, and contract documents (5-year contract term). The general items of work include the following: This project is being proposed to support the City's Wastewater and Water Divisions to ensure smooth operations of the City's twelve (12) wastewater and stormwater pump stations and one (1) water pump station by providing semi-annual monitoring, maintenance and repairs (if needed), as well as being available for on-call emergency servicing. Equipment to be maintained includes, without limitation, motors, pumps, sump pumps, wet wells, dry pits and control panels. Documentation and reports following the semi-annual maintenance is also required. All of the City's Telemetry systems are manufactured by Siemens, and the Majority of the City's Pumps are manufactured by Wemco. Questions: All questions regarding the project are due by Friday, September 13, 2024 at 4:00pm.
