Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Midlothian, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Involves the construction of approximately 800 linear feet of roadway improvements and generally involve the widening of Route 60 EB for an additional left turn lane on to N Otterdale Road and restriping N Otterdale Road from Route 60 to Justice Road. The project also includes the design of curb and gutter, traffic signal modification, pavement markings, signs, maintenance of traffic and other items necessary for the completion of the work. Upon request, electronic documents will be provided via e-mailed download link File Transfer at no cost to the bidder, or provided on a CD or flash drive for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 if picked up or $25.00 if delivered.
