The general description of work involves the renovation of the Records Area in the Vacaville Police Department, the scope of which includes demolition, construction of walls, electrical, mechanical, glazing, carpentry, and finish work. Contractor shall possess a Class B license at the time a bid is submitted for this Project. This Contract is subject to State Contract Nondiscriminatory and Compliance Requirements pursuant to California Government Code, commencing with Section 12900 through Section 12996. Any bids received from a bidder who did not purchase a complete bid set from BPXpress Reprographics will be considered non-responsive, and their bid shall be rejected. All bidders shall confirm that they have been included on the official plan holders list maintained by BPXpress Reprographics. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. Refer to Part B of the Instructions to Bidders for Payment and Performance Bond Requirements.
