The City of Dubuque, Transportation Services Department invites qualified bidders to submit prices for snow and ice removal including plowing, shoveling, hauling and deicing related services. An inch of snow accumulation shall be used as the standard amount of the snow removal process for all facilities, surface lots and sidewalks. Application amount and frequency will depend on current and forecast temperatures, and precipitation. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and insurance required to complete the work detailed in these specifications, or reasonably therein, to the satisfaction of the Parking Supervisor or Director of Transportation Services. The City and the Contractor may renew the original contract for one additional 2-year time period if agreed upon by both parties.
