The City of Cleveland is issuing a Request for Qualifications seeking professional real estate development project teams to reinvest in 1.3 acres of land along Lorain Avenue in the Ohio City neighborhood. This site is currently home to the McCafferty Health Center, owned and operated by the City of Cleveland's Department of Public Health. Clinic services are currently in the process of being relocated. Project teams are asked to submit proposals for affordable housing with ground-floor uses dedicated to non-profit or social services that will benefit neighborhood residents. The City reserves the right to contact references who are not listed in the firm's submission and investigate the qualifications of the firms or individuals identified in the submission. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
