Reference Number 0000277429 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/20 02:00:00 PM EDT General Requirements - Insurance Required - Material Safety Data Sheets Required - Spill Containment Plan This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) for railway locomotives as per the Specifications attached in the bid package. The deliveries are to be made according to required inventory levels to stationary tanks at VIA's Montreal and Toronto Maintenance Centers (MMC and TMC). The Tenderers can submit pricing for either one of the locations (MMC or TMC, or both). VIA's intent is to award two contracts (one for MMC and one for TMC) or one contract for both locations, according to the best value provided. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
