Bidder must be classified themselves or name their classified Subcontractor(s) for the following trade(s): Roofing - Membrane Modified Bitumen (C068) Roofing - Tile/Slate/Shingles (C072) CCE: $510,739 Failure to list all of the required DPMC Classified sub-contractors will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq and must submit bid security as provided in Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions, Revised December 2015. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids in accordance with applicable law.
