Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in The Villages, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Replacement of HVAC Systems - Sumter Landing District Locations. All questions received by 4:00 PM on September 19, 2024 will be considered. Questions will not be answered over the phone. Questions must be in writing and emailed to Crystal Ford-Bellamy at Crystal.Ford@districtgov.org. Bid Bond (10% of bid/proposal amount). The amount of the Payment and Performance Bonds shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the contracted amount. Work on this project will begin upon the awarded Contractor's receipt of Notice to Proceed. Completion is expected within 45 calendar days per location after the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The successful bidder/contractor upon receipt of notice to proceed shall immediately apply for all permits and diligently monitor the progress, to achieve swift acquisition of all permits. The time for permit acquisition shall not exceed 30 days and may be extended due to circumstances beyond the contractor's control. The completion date may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances with the approval of the District. Budget for this project $2,593,935.00
