Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Atlin, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a six-story above grade, 50-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify experienced Construction Management companies for the construction of a new Supportive Housing building to be located at District of Fraser Region, BC to meet the need of individuals or families who have experienced or at risk of homelessness or have needs which are not currently met by existing supportive housing. This project involves the construction of a six-storey, proposed 40–50-unit wood-frame building in the Fraser Region, BC. The development will provide supportive housing and amenities, addressing a critical need for housing options in the region. The successful proponent will be responsible for developing the project plans in close collaboration with the operator and adhering to BC Housing's Design Guidelines and Construction Standards. Furthermore, the project requires a strong emphasis on cultural sensitivity. The project team will comprise key stakeholders, including BC Housing, Municipality, local First Nations communities, and the operator. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
