This request is to invite responsible, responsive Contractors to respond to this Bid to provide all the required equipment, labour and materials necessary to provide water and chemical treatment services at the following locations: King Campus - 13990 Dufferin Street, King City ON L7B 1B3 Newnham Campus - 1750 Finch Ave E, North York M2J 2X5 Seneca @ York Campus - 70 The Pond Rd, North York ON M3J 3M6 Markham Campus - 8 The Seneca Way, Markham ON L3R 5Y1 Peterborough Airport Campus (YPQ) - 925 Airport Rd, Cavan-Monaghan, ON K9J 0E7 Seneca intends to enter into a multi-year agreement with a successful bidder, who meets the minimum requirements of this tender. Seneca expects that all Proponents will be able to furnish satisfactory evidence that they have the ability, experience, resources, and references to enable them to complete this Contract. The contract term will be for a three (3) year period commencing January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027 with two (2) additional one (1) year optional extensions at the sole discretion of Seneca, subject to the satisfactory performance, pricing, and successful negotiations of both parties.
