LOCATION A. The Work described by these specifications is located on property/easements/right-ofway, owned/leased by the Tohopekaliga Water Authority, City of Kissimmee, and Florida Department of Transportation in Osceola County, Florida. 1.02 DESCRIPTION A. The Work to be done includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct the force main replacement project all-inclusive of the following: The construction of approximately 2,795 LF of 12" PVC sanitary sewer force main installed by open cut construction; 330 LF of 14" HDPE sanitary sewer force main installed by jack and bore installation. The work includes new isolation valves and air release valves as shown on the Contract Drawings. The work includes sod replacement and roadway, curb, and right-of-way repair including concrete and asphalt replacement in kind at all disturbed areas. The work includes approximately 3,594 LF of grouting and placing out of service existing 8" pipe. The work includes CIPP lining of approximate 1,200 LF of 8" sanitary sewer gravity main. B.
