Conversion of the existing HVAC systems to heat pumps for the Charles Rummel snd Wesburn Community Centers. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to engage a qualified consulting team (the "Consultant") with the appropriate experience, expertise, qualified personnel to provide design and consulting services (the 'Services') to review building requirements, develop scope of work and provide specifications for the projectis underway. The Consultant team shall be led by a Prime Mechanical Consultant. Additional consultants shall be included upon recommendation by the Prime Consultant. Only the only the pre-qualified Proponents will be invited for this RFP. Further update in fall 2024, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *Question Deadline: Mon Sep 16, 2024 3:00 PM (PDT)
