*As of March 05, 2025, this bid has been awarded. Construction work is scheduled to start in May of 2025, and is expected to be completed in January of 2026. Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving the City of North Port and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of Site Demolition and Repairs at the City of North Port Pan American Site; The project consists of the demolition of an existing Fleet Garage Building, repairs to a second existing fleet garage building, as well as relocation of electrical panels.
