SCOPE OF WORK: The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Work includes but is not limited to site development, utility installation, demolition, concrete, masonry, laminated wood construction, wood framing, roofing and storefront wall systems. Interior construction includes flooring, gypsum walls and ceilings, lay in acoustical ceilings, electrical, mechanical and plumbing work. Commercial kitchen renovation with equipment installation is also included in the project. In accordance with Code of Alabama, 39-2-2(a), prequalification is required for this project.
